i had the same problem with trying to get noticed, i am also a uprising artist like your self. what has been helping me a lot is i have made a mixtape and have been handing them out to friends and ppl i dont kno to listen and i have a how coming up on may 20 at a club. so if u want to get noticed, contact places that will allow u to perform for a low cost or even for free.
